Carlow Arts Festival are delighted to present a partnership with The How Is He Podcast for a special live show on Saturday 30th at 2pm in Scraggs Alley.

The How Is He Podcast is a Carlow-based show hosted by Podge & Popa, covering local sport, big stories, and the people behind them. Each week, the lads sit down with a mix of guests; from local figures to national and international personalities, for honest conversations, insights, and plenty of laughs.
