From all of us at Carlow Arts Festival, we want to thank everyone who helped make 2023's festival a success.

Firstly, thanks to our incredible performers, dancers, artists, actors, musicians, carnival school kids, comedians — and the choreographers, producers, agents and companies behind them.

The festival simply would not happen without the continued support of our principal funder Arts Council Ireland and grant aid from Carlow County Council.

We are hugely grateful for public funding from the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Creative Ireland and LEADER (Carlow County Development Partnership CLG, LCDC, The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, Dept of Agriculture Food and Marine, and Project Ireland 2040, funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development).

Massive thanks too to our sponsors and corporate partners O'Hara's Irish Craft Beers, Blacknight Solutions, Red Oak and the Talbot Hotel Carlow.

We want to thank everyone at Carlow College, St. Patrick's, VISUAL Carlow and Carlow Live & Local - it's been fantastic working with you on this year's programme and thanks for all you contributed! Thanks too to our programme partners Bank of Ireland Begin Together, Business to Arts, County Carlow Sports Partnership, Music Generation Carlow, Poetry Ireland and Light Moves Festival, and our media partners, The Irish Times, KCLR96FM and The Carlow Nationalist.

We are grateful for the support of international cultural partners Onassis STEGI, Danse élargie, the SACD, Flanders - State of the arts, Wallonie-Bruxelles International, and the French Embassy in Ireland.

And to everyone who helped bring the festival site to life including production suppliers, site and technical crew, stage managers, security teams, vendors, the staff from Tully’s Bar Carlow and all of our wonderful volunteers.

We are a small festival team and we would not have got the festival over the line without the expertise provided by our board, and the teams at Sync & Swim, Mission PR, Path.ie, ULAB and Take Your Seats.

So many of you have messaged us asking who designed this year's artwork and that was the amazing Claire Prouvost, with support from Marjolaine Gonet.

Lastly, we would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you who attended the festival over the five days

Work continues here, not only on planning next year’s festival, but on delivering our year-round arts participation and community engagement programme ASSEMBLY and on our Artist Development strand ORIGIN.To keep up to date with all of this and our plans for 2024, please do subscribe to our mailing list.

We hope you will join us for our 45th Edition in June 2024.
