Job Opportunity – Executive Director
Carlow Arts Festival is seeking to appoint an Executive Director on a full-time basis. The Executive Director will report to and work collaboratively with the Artistic Director to deliver the festival’s strategic and artistic goals.
The role is Full Time and the position a hybrid one with a combination of remote online and office-based work (Festival HQ Office, Carlow Town).
The partnership with the Artistic Director is key to this new role, together they form the executive team.
The Board is looking for someone who believes in the role of transformative art, diverse perspectives and inclusion and who has strong organisational and entrepreneurial skills. The successful candidate will be adept at working with and mobilising small teams, local people, funders and other vital stakeholders.
Contract: Full Time Role (Permanent)
Salary: €45 – €50K (Commensurate with experience).
