Kristyn Fontanella

Kristyn Fontanella received support and mentorship from Carlow Arts Festival.

Following the presentation of Miss Mary at CAF 2026, Galway-based dance artist Kristyn Fontanella received ongoing support and mentorship from Carlow Arts Festival. Through this relationship, Kristyn secured an invitation from the Embassy of Ireland to bring her work to Singapore as part of an EU-funded EUNIC cluster project.

Kristyn will perform Miss Mary as part of an arts festival in Singapore and share her expertise with emerging local artists by leading sessions on the dramaturgy of performance in public spaces. This international opportunity demonstrates the value of CAF’s continued artist support and its role in helping artists bring their work to new audiences beyond Ireland.
